Cancellation & Refund Policy

Desert River Anglers requires a $150 non-refundable deposit per guide for all trips unless otherwise specified at the time of your booking.

Unless otherwise specified at the time of your booking, Desert River Anglers practices a 14-day cancellation policy.

Should you or your group need to cancel within 14 days of your dated trip departure, a $150 fee will be charged per guide.

Should you or your group need to cancel your trip, a refund will be given minus $150 deposit with a minimum 14-day notice of your dated trip departure.

If your trip is cancelled by your guide, due to inclement weather or water conditions, the total trip cost plus deposit will be refunded ONLY if your trip cannot be rescheduled in a timely manner.

Trips which are paid in full and have departed are 100% non-refundable.
